- Hornblower Cruise operates seasonally and will run through November for the 2025 season. After this period, substitute attractions will be offered (Butterfly Conservatory and Niagara Adventure Theatre).
- Collapsible wheelchairs are welcome, but guests must be accompanied by someone who can assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- The Floral Clock is a seasonal feature and may not be visible during the winter months.

- Pickup details will be confirmed 1–3 days before your tour by email or phone. If you're unable to access either, please be in your hotel lobby at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
